Jan van Hoesem, plaintiff, against Jochim Wesselsen Backer, defendant.The plaintiff complains that the defendant kicked his daughter in the groin, so that she is unable to do any work.The defendant says that his daughter, being in his service, was admonished by his wife to mend her ways as she was a young maiden, whereupon, she making some retort, the woman was moved to chastise her and kicked the plaintiff’s daughter with her foot in the behind.The court orders the officer to take further information in the matter.
