Action. Rose Joelé vs. François Soleil, for breach of promise; the bans had been published and parties then cohabited, but before any marriage ceremony had been performed; defendant refuses to fulfill his promise, on the ground of uncongeniality of temper; that plaintiff has a bad breath, and is capable of killing any man living with her, " as she has a white lung;" he would rather join the Indians than marry her.
