[1]: Pijlaecken & pletsen, both are defined as coarse woolen cloth; however, they may have varied in weight and/or finish.
[2]: Cleden tot eesten, probably leather aprons etc. worn by blacksmiths.
[3]: Fragile objects were often packed in reed mats.
