Court proceedings. Samuel Mahee vs. Messrs. Gildersleeve and Washburne, action of damages; plaintiff and Mr. Leveret having some misunderstanding, the matter was referred to arbitration; defendants, being two of the arbitrators, took their oaths that the difficulty had been disposed of, which it is now alleged was not the case, therefore plaintiff claims £200 stg. damage.
