Received the petition of Hans Hopman, sergeant, who arrived here with the ship the Waagh, requesting (whereas the time, which he promised to remain here, has expired) permission to depart for the fatherland with the first ships.

Whereupon the following decision was granted: the petitioner shall be granted a passport and clearing of accounts. Dated as above.
