Jan Evertsen Bout's wife vs. Mary de Truy, wife of Cornelis Volckertsen, for delivery of boards sold by Volckertsen; defendant admits having disposed of the boards to Roeloff Jansen, which her husband had sold plaintiff, but says she has boards enough to pay her; judgment for plaintiff, defendant being held for his wife's acts, unless he declare her disqualified from trading in his absence.
