Translation

At the request of Roosen Jeele, who had brought charges against Francoys Soleil, also incarcerated, the aforesaid Soleil was brought before the session and asked, in the presence of Roosen Jeele, whether he intended to marry her and live with her as an honest man?

He answered, yes, and asked that the past be forgotten and forgiven, and that he be allowed to practice his profession here, which was promised him, provided he comported himself piously and obediently, whereupon he was released from confinement. Dated as above.
