Description

Minute. Attendance of Tapausagh, chief of the Long Island Indians, and Rompsicka, on the council, to inform them that they had been summoned to Flushing, and there required to sell all their land to the English, &c.; they were told, in answer, that they had already, on 15th January, 1635, sold, and transferred all their land to the Dutch, and not to venture to sell it again.
