Read and considered the petition of Robert Coo, of Rustdorp, requesting to be admitted into the married state with Jane Rause, widow of Edward Rause, who died about 2 1/2 years ago at Carolina;Ordered: That the Magistrates of the Town of Rustdorp inquire as to the certainty of said Edward Rause's death and report their conclusion.
