Document: Order to Dirck Teunissen to pay jailor's fees

Lord Nicasius de Sille, fiscal, plaintiff, against Dirck Teunis Noorman, defendant. The plaintiff demands ƒ59 guilders which, according to the account of the geweldiger were consumed by the defendant and his stepdaughter during their detention; and whereas the defendant from time to time with frivolous pleas delayed [ to pay ] the geweldiger, and asked assistance from the plaintiff, the plaintiff requests that the defendant may be ordered to pay the ƒ59 guilders immediately, or go back in detention. The defendant says that he did not know that he had to reimburse the costs.
