Jacob Steendam, plaintiff, against the aforesaid [ ] ; [ ] defaults.

Fiscal Tienhoven, plaintiff, against Jan Peeck; the plaintiff requests payment from [ ] .

Michiel Jansen, plaintiff, against Cozyn Gerrittsen; director and councillors order and grant Cosyn Gerrittsen to be allowed to measure Michiel Jansen's land at his own cost.

Upon the petition of Jacob Corlaer, requesting a piece of land in the village of Midwout. The director and councillors grant him the piece of land in Middewout, under the condition that he improve, cultivate and work the same as others have done there.

Upon the petition of Potter and Schelluyne: this was placed in the hands of the fiscal, as plaintiff, in order to have it copied as soon as possible and to deliver to the petitioners authentic copies of the pieces which are present.
