Translation

The honorable lord general, being at the South River in the presence of lord Tonnemans, resolved upon the foregoing petition,

The request is granted and allowed, provided that they shall not ask more for the grinding of grain than is paid for grinding at the honorable Company’s gristmill. Dated 6 May, 1658.
