Translation

Nicolaes Lange Velthuysen, having heard the fiscal’s above indictment read aloud at the court session and having heard his defense, is ordered and commanded to prepare himself to depart for the fatherland with the first ships; also that [ ] no beer or strong [several lines lost] Done at Amsterdam in New Netherland. Dated as above.
