Translation

The foregoing petition having been read, after due deliberation, it was decided as follows:

As with other burghers, the petitioner is not prevented from repairing, maintaining, or possessing his house to his satisfaction; however, it is still deemed unadvisable to build more houses on the lot so close under the fort. Ady ut supra.
