The director general and councilors of New Netherland, having received the report and advice of their delegates Cornelis van Tienhoven and Capt. Tomas Willeth, submitted to the session in writing this day, agree with their advice, namely: that Anthony Jansz van Salee as oldest proprietor by virtue of his patent shall cause his land to be surveyed according to the tenor of his obtained patent and the reach of the compass thereof up to 100 morgens, placing at every turn of the compass posts or marks. He is hereby ordered to do so within eight days; or if he fails to do it, the director general and councilors will have it done at his expense to prevent further complaints. Dated as above.
