Present the honorable lord director general Petrus Stuyvesant and the lord La Montagne.

[several lines lost] promising [ ] to comport [ ] as long as [ ] continues [ ] no beer or strong drink to [ ] which petition, after deliberation, was consented upon the foregoing conditions. Dated as above (was signed)
