Petrus Stuyvesant, on behalf of their High Mightinesses, etc... has given and granted unto Adriaen Dircksen Coen a lot lying on the island of Manhattan between Evert Duyckingh and Adriaen Vincent; being in breadth along the street or south side 3 rods, and in the rear 5 rods, less ½ foot; in length on the west side 5 rods and 7 feet; in the rear of the house where the Negroes live its breadth is 2 rods and 6 feet, along the said house 3 rods in length; on the east side 8 rods and 2 feet, with the express conditions etc...

Done at Amsterdam in New Netherland, 19 June 1654.
