Adriaen Blommert, defendant, against the lord fiscal, plaintiff; the defendant countersuing, is ordered to place a copy thereof in the hands of the parties, and the parties are ordered to submit their papers by the next court session, and to bring in what is to be brought in, or otherwise renounce further submissions.
