Translation

Nicasius de Sille, ex officio, plaintiff, against Gose Gerritsen, defendant, concerning uncovered contraband merchandise; namely, 6 cutlasses, 50 metal blades [klingen], powder horns, and flints; the plaintiff made his demand in writing, was ordered to provide a copy of it to the defendant in order to respond to it as quickly as is possible. Dated as above.
