John Bound and Richard Hartshooren, residing at Middletoun, both for themselves and partners, give notice that the land granted to Bartholemew Appelgadt, Thomas Appelgate and Richard Sadler, on their petition, is included in their, the Petitioners', patent, requesting therefore that said land may be again denied to said Appelgate's.Ordered:Petitioners shall, within six weeks from this date, prove that said land is included within their patent, when further order shall be made in the premises.
