Translation

The request and the nominated persons having been taken in consideration, it was decided after due deliberation: the director general and councilors have for certain reasons moving them thereto [ ] the present schepenen of the village of Breuckelen [several lines lost] Teunis Niessen, [ ] Bal, Jan Pietersen, Teunis [ ]en, and Bartelt Claasen, most of them being unable to read or write.
