Document: Writ of appeal granted to Paulus van der Beeck from a judgment pronounced against him by the court of Breuckelen

At the session Poulus vanden Beecq [ ] and farmer requested by petition a writ of appeal with a clause of prohibition [clausule van inhibitie]; whereas he has appealed a certain judgment dated 20 January 1655 pronounced by the court of the village of Breuckelen between him and Hans Pietersz, his servant, therefore, after discussion, it has been recommended: Fiat utpetitie. Ady ut supra.
