The lord fiscal Cornelis van Tienhooven is hereby ordered and authorized to repair to the warship de Waagh in order to do justice with the captain and ships’ officers, concerning an act of theft by Willem Æton, Englishman, as they shall deem proper to the best of their knowledge according to the law.
