Translation

At the session; present: as before. Having accepted and read the countersuit of Egbert of Borsum, defendant, against Warnaer Wessels, farmer of the excise, plaintiff.

It was decided to place copies in the hands of the parties, and both parties are ordered to submit all their papers and documents of substance on the next court day. Ady ut supra.
