[ ] after deliberation [ ] as answer:

The farmers of the excise shall [ ] whatever the fiscal shall [ ] half aems of wine of Casper Steymits [ ] and shall, upon receiving justice, assess the gentleman [ eighty ]-four guilders for the excise due them. Done in Amsterdam in New Netherland, ady ut supra.
