Received and read the answer of the honorable Nicasius de Sille against Jacob Eeldersen, runaway, plaintiff in counter claim and defendant in claim, in the final pleading requesting that the aforesaid Jacob Eeldersz be summoned.

It is resolved: fiat summons with ringing of the bell. Dated as above.
