Translation

Having received and read the petition of Evert Dircksz van der As, soldier, remonstrating that his situation urgently requires that he be discharged from the service, because he would otherwise not be able to provide for his wife and children. After deliberation it was decided: Fiat ut petitur. Ady ut supra.
