Description

14 March 1641. Sentence of Ulrich Lupold, storekeeper, for fraud and extortion; declared unfit to hold any public office; to be sent to Holland to answer for his delinquencies, and to pay a fine of 200 guilders with costs. [1641] (Page 88).;11 April 1641. Court proceedings. Everardus Bogardus and Tymen Jansen, guardians of the minor children of Cornelis van Vorst, vs. Jan Damen and David Provoost, guardian of Jan, eldest son of said Van Vorst, for an increased allowance to educate said minors; granted. Cornelis Lambertsen Cool vs. Sybout Claessen, for delivery of plank; referred to arbitration. [1641] (Page 89).
