Translation

Received the request of Abraham Pietersen Molenaer showing that on 18 September 1657 he was allowed to build a watermill on the Versche Water, and whereas he judged the most suitable place to be on the beach at four rods from the potter’s hill, he requested to be allowed to build the watermill there.

After deliberation it is resolved, fiat ut petitur.
