Description

Judgment. On an appeal from a decision by the court of Middelborgh, L. I., Mary Larison vs. Thomas Hunt; appellant was fined for having taken a vest from Nathan Whitmans, the tailor, with his consent, on which there was an attachment; judgment of the court below annulled on the ground that the action ought to have been against the tailor (see supra, p, 175).
