Petition. Cornelis van Gesel, complaining that Alexander d'Hinoyossa has seized all the property, at the South river, of the late Jacob Alrichs, and praying a mandamus obliging said D'Hinoyossa to prosecute any claim he may have against said estate, before the director-general and council.
