Translation

[several lines lost] [ ] privateer was named Bouljou requesting to be allowed to come up with his prize, and to that end free entrance and departure, which taken in consideration, the request was approved, as consenting to an ally of our nation, and after showing his commission to dispose over his further request, according to the state of affairs, and to that end grant him the following entrance and departure permit. The 3rd of June anno 1657.
