Court proceedings. Maryn Adriaensen vs. Hendrick Pietersen, for delivery of a tobacco plantation; judgment for plaintiff, and defendant obliged to rent the premises for six years. Simon Pos vs. Jan Celes; action for payment of peas; judgment for plaintiff. David Provoost and Jan Damen, guardians of Jan van Vorst, vs. Jacob Stoffelsen, for said minor's share of his father's estate; two months' delay granted defendant to account. Gillis de Voocht vs. Fiscal, in action of debt; case continued. Attachment of money in the hands of Maryn Adriaensen, granted to surgeon Kierstede. [1640]
