Translation

[several lines lost] tenths have fallen due that [ ] nation or quality he [ ] be, shall undertake [ ] to remove produce, whether it be grain, corn or tobacco before the tenths of the past year fall due and has been promised [ ] and paid; and, concerning the tenth of this year have concurred and come to an agreement with the director general and councilors or their deputy on the fine promulgated on 27 June 1656. Dated as above.
