Translation

The fiscal Cornelis van Tienhoven, plaintiff, against George Baxter and Joannes Hubbard, presently prisoners.

The plaintiff submits his charge in writing.

The director general and lords councilors order the plaintiff to place the charge in the hands of the prisoners. Ady ut supra.
