Messrs. Cornelis van Tienhoven and Frederick de Coninck, Captain of the ship de Waegh are hereby authorized and charged to proceed on board of the ships de Bontecoe, Bever, and N. Amsterdam and pursuant to the resolution, first to ask amicably and in case of refusal imperatively to command by virtue of these presents from each ship two men, 200 lbs of codfish, two or three small barrels of groats, one barrel of meat with one barrel of bacon and 300 lbs of bread, also as much powder as they conveniently could spare, leaving both order and receipt at the request of the skippers for their satisfaction. Ady ut supra. 29 August 1655.
