Joseph Safford and Thomas Read, of Mespachts kill, that they had been informed by Joseph Fowler, Goodman Beets, Samuel Touw, and his son William, that people from Gravesend had been to Westchester, where they learned the unfriendly feelings of the Indians towards the Dutch.
