Matthijs Boon, a solution for scurvy Mathijs Boon’s wife, a purgative

Harmen van Sant, a [ cannon ] ball having fallen on his private parts, several times treated with salve.

Also earned for shaving them.

Christiaen Niesen, Jacob Barentsen, Harm van Sante, Adriaen Andriesen, Noel Reys amicably request that the honorable lords [several lines lost] Mr [heelmeester] Cornelis Clock.
