Translation

[several lines lost] Alrichs [ ] South River [ ] in order that [ ] are [ ] South River [ ]

After due deliberation it is resolved to place this into the hands of the lords orphan masters of this city, who are hereby requested to examine and check this, and as much as possible to make a division and separation between the widow and the orphans. Dated as above.
