Translation

Received and read a petition of Iva Dircx, on the 30th of this month banned out of this province for 50 years on account of her objectionable way of life, requesting to be allowed to re-enter in order to make a living here.

After due deliberation it is resolved, nihil. Done in Fort Amsterdam, 12 December anno 1658.
