Translation

Symon Walincksen purchases the plantation of Pieter vander Linde for one hundred and seventy-five guilders in cash, payable six weeks after this date; upon payment of which sum by Symon Walingsz, Pieter vander Linde shall be bound to deliver to him a conveyance in proper form. Thus done and signed 7 October 1648 at New Amsterdam in New Netherland.
